wholesale account requires you to send your GSTIN to our customer care mail id which is contact@buybig.in after request for upgradation of account

yes each and every product has a minimum quantity to be bought for wholesale rates the required quantity is mentioned on the product page itself

My account is the section where you can see all the list of orders, promotional offers, active orders and also the wallet balance for all the promotions offered

To Reset your password you need to click the forgot password button on login page and after that enter your registered e-mail id and then you will receive a forgot password link after clicking that you can reset your password

2FA is a 2 factor authentication. it is used to secure your account using some of the most renowned apps with the help of internet connectivity to avoid any fraudential (fraud) transaction. it also secures the money in your Buybig wallet.

To configure 2FA you need to visit 2FA Section in profile drop down list. where you can generate your backup codes and configure 2FA

You can either use backup codes generated by you while configuring 2FA

You Do not need to worry if you loose the backup codes you can regenerate the backup codes

You can re configure the authenticator app in your new cell with your registered mail id

No, it is not mandatory to configure 2FA but to make sure your money and account is safe we recommend you to configure it

No, currently we are not providing this facility

The buybig Wallet is a pre-paid credit account that is associated with your buybig account. This prepaid account allows you to pay a lump sum amount once to buybig and then shop multiple times without having to pay each time.

You can enter the coupon code on basket page as well as on the checkout page before processing the payment
Note: once payment is processed without coupon code we cannot add coupon code or give that specific discount or cashback for the placed order

fees vary with payment methods.
if wallet is recharged using Razorpay you need to pay a nominal fee of 2% of the transactional value
if wallet is recharged using Paytm UPI you need not pay anything extra you need to pay only the recharge amount

Delivery

all the physical products are delivered within 7 working days
 
Note: if there is no restriction imposed by any government authority

all the delivery of the physical goods will be done on your doorstep. if any address entered wrong by the customer the package will need to be picked from courier office and if the delivery person has made multiple delivery efforts and the location was found closed or unattended the you need to coordinate with courier office

no problem at all while checkout the customer is been asked for shipping address if you want your parcel to be delivered at different address you need to enter the shipping address and the parcel will be delivered to that address

You will be able to check this detail at the time of checkout when you enter the address. If we are unable to deliver in your area - we will inform you before checkout.

In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery on your registered mail id

There is no minimum order for delivery but we charge a nominal delivery charge as below.

DTH Recharge

right now we provide recharge service for
  1. Airtel Digital TV
  2. Dish Tv
  3. Tata Sky
  4. Videocon D2h

Right now we support the recharge of the listed package only because these package are only available with us

usually all the recharges are done immediately post payment but if there is any technical issue with the system the recharge may get delayed by 24 hrs also if the order gets failed and the amount has been deducted from your account the amount would be refunded if the order gets failed due to any technical reason

the refund will be processed post notification of failed recharge from our server side and after that the paid amount, the amount Paid after discount would be refunded to the source of payment
 
note: the refund usually gets credited within 7-8 working days

the amounts mentioned in the list are the most amount recharge processed these recharge are usually done my most of the users and the amount mentioned there are irrespective of your package amount the entire amount would be recharged to your account and the necessary benefits which are stated by your service provider will be credited post recharge from your service provider end

yes all the benefits are the same as stated in the plans. and if Reliance Jio has started any new benefits or reduced any benefits then we request you to kindly verify it on Reliance Jio website

if your order fails from system end then the amount would be refunded to the source of payment. the amount refunded will be deducted amount the deduction would be the discount amount which was given while placing the order

the recharges are usually processed as soon as the payment is successful but due to technical fault the order sometimes gets delayed in that case we request you to kindly drop us a mail with all the order details on contact@buybig.in

Right now we do not support any recharge of Jio Fibre

Right now we do not accept Reliance Jio Postpaid bill payments

No, once the order is placed with successful payment the order cannot be cancelled and we cannot provide you refund

Return and Refund

we do not accept any return of any of our goods as all the goods are delivered in good condition, if there is any dispute related to damage/shortage of physical goods at that issue needs to be informed immediately to our customer support email during the time of delivery with all the supporting images and delivery personal details such as name and identity number of courier personal

We do not have any return or refund policy for any virtual/downloadable products or any gift cards if any details entered wrong from your end than buybig.in won't be responsible for any loss. and no duplicate would be issued for such cases

if any details entered wrong from your end buybig won't be able to help you because once the order is Paid the order will be processed with the respective details entered by the user

if there is an order failure due to some technical difficulties. the order would be verified from our back end system and if it has failed the reason would be shared with the customer and the entire amount would be refunded to the source of payment or BUYBIG.in Wallet the choice would be of the customer. Kindly Note that the refund to the source of payment would usually take 7 working days to process and if you want to get refund to BUYBIG wallet you can get it instantly.
